Cursillo Secretariat Palanca

Dear Cursillistas in Christ,

Each Cursillo weekend the Secretariat provides several half scholarships to make a person's weekend possible, whether that person is a participant or a team member.  At this time the funds are running dry, and I am asking for your assistance.

Any of you who has served on team knows that the fees for the weekend barely cover the costs for Camp Allen, and there are other expenses involved to make the weekend possible.  We also just used a small amount of funds to pay for the materials for volunteers to identify each banner with its number--no more duct tape that was falling off of many of them!  If you have been to a recent Clausura, you have seen the outstanding job the volunteers did. Other costs for reunions, etc. are also incurred.  

If we provide all available scholarships for each weekend (and most of them are used), it means that Secretariat is out just over $600 for conference weekends and $342.50 for campsite weekends.

Please consider making a donation to Cursillo Secretariat.  My mailing information is below, and I will make the deposits and notify the treasurer, as well as Secretariat.  As you think of what the Fourth Day has meant to you, please consider giving.  Any amount will be appreciated and will help defray scholarship costs.
